The Facilities Investment Fund (FIF) is an innovative, national loan fund in partnership with the Walton Family Foundation providing affordable facility financing to high-performing public charter schools in under-resourced communities.
Too often, educators seeking to build or expand school facilities cannot secure affordable financing options.
Walton Family Foundation and Civic Builders designed and steward FIF as a leading alternative resource for excellent public charter schools.
